In my experience with Amerge, it is the next best thing to 02 and Imitrex. I have had no side-effects except a slightly dry mouth. The only draw-back I can see is that most Ins. Co.s will only allow you to have 9 per month. If you're chronic like me, that doesn't even begin to cut it. Good Luck to you. Linda
