There was a time I never went out the door without a spray of my favorite cologne. Then I just got lazy and quit bothering with it. But I do love the different scents.
A number of people have written here that perfumes and other chemicals are triggers of CH attacks. My older daughter gets a mild headache from a few but not all colognes and perfumes. It must have to do with the different ingredients in them.
Guess I would feel guilty wearing perfume now that I know it really bothers some people. It is a shame, though.
I wonder if breathing some flowers would do the same thing?
