I have found that for myself stadol nasal inhalor is VERY YUCKY...1 puff wasn't enough and 2 puffs sent me from normal to very goofed out in a matter of minutes..Goofed to the point I couldn't walk, talk or see straight. Personnaly can't handle being Goofy... It did help a little to dull the headache BUT within 3-4 hours the headache was right back with avengence. This is just my experience and your might be different. Keep us updated..... Jackie L
