I also experience a hugh difference when I switched from the immediate release to the sustain release. Initially, was taking 120mg IR morning noon and eve. It was working although I was very lethargic. Switched to 240mg SR in the morn and Covera (240mg Delayed release Verapamil...different from Sustained) before bed. They stopped working and I discontinued this treatment.
Glad you brought it up...I thought I was unusual, after all Verapamil is Verapamil, right??
