I know the Zombie feeling from Tegretol (cabamazepine). But what worse, it does not help against CH. The top notch neurologists from Germany list carbamazepine as one of the meds useless for CH. As Ken said, seek the advice of a neurologist knowledgeable on CH, who will try first the more benign preventatives and abortives.
