I am 14 years old and i have now been on Propranolol for about 4 years now. It has helped me so much. I started off taking like 40MG and that didn't work so my nuero. gave my a higer dosage until we reached 80MG. I thought i was getting better so i got it lowered to 60MG, but it isn't helping so i have to go back up to 80MG. I take it every night right before i go to bed. It is the long acting kind.
