I have struggled through an on-going, lingering and dehabilitating migraine sine the last of Sept. I have had all the tests, taken multiple drugs and even been hospitalized with no relief. Two nerve blocks later with mixed results and I am sent home from the hospital on strong pain medication which limits or denies a quality life. My neurologist has recommended a more permanant nerve block or possible implant and am unsure what to do. Do you know of any specialized hospitals in the N.C. area which I may benefit from a second opinion?
