Dear Donna: I don't really know what level mine were but the effen things used to drag me out of a drugged sleep (I take anti-convulsants) and I woke up with pain that I thought was as if someone were shooting me in the eye in slow-motion. They were always about the same level of pain for me and all I know is I couldn't do much of anything until they subsided. They won't kill you and a six is more than enough.
