My first answer would be that yes, you can probably expect to go up on the Kip scale, but after some thought, maybe not. We are all so variable, and pain is so subjective, I don't think that there are many rules about CHs that don't have exceptions to them. Except the one rule: Cluster Headaches Suck. Good luck.
