Alastair, I have had clusters for about 25 years. They can be difficult to deal with but God has helped me survive. Alot of people will not understand wwhat you go thru and there is no way to describe the pain. But you now have this web site and people here truly care and understand your pain. I was started on Calan and it is really working for me. You may want to ask your Dr. about it. Keep in touch.
