I'm willing to bet all of us have thought about it. Pardon me-- CLUSTER HEADACHES SUCK. No other way to put it. I've had a few heartbreaks and some serious medical problems in my life but nothing has tortured me for years like this curse.
Well, I just want to say that the last few years I feel a determination not to let cluster headaches take my life away--NO MATTER WHAT. I take imitrex to fight a headache and I cautiously use prednisone if my doctor approves. There are risks, but I thank God for the miracle of modern medicine.
On the holistic front, I always recommend exercise and especially something to release frustrations (smashing a tennis ball against a wall works for me.) Don't let tension build up, it certainly can't help.
