I remember not bein able to identify with Kip's scale. Mine went from 0 to 10 instantly. Every one. I was either in no pain or excruciating pain. No middle ground.
Butt then there was the last cycle....it ebbed, it flowed ...up and down the Kip scale...even changed friggin sides. Started to come...backed off...gone for even a week instead of everyday...broke all the rules.
Kip's is an unofficial- official benchmark. Basically at 10, we are at the edge....you live or die. There simply is no 11....at least none that you can post about to this board in THAT plain of existence. Yer dead.
