Hello everyone, I have been having headaches now for 8 years bi annually, for four months at a time, four months does not seem long until you have up to 6 clusters a day, I sit and cry I do not know what to do for the pain is so excruciatingly bad. Well I decided to go to a place called The Headache Clinic and was diagnosed, after many many tests, to have cluster headaches caused from the tension in my neck, face and jaw. The reading is supposed to be below 2, mine were as high as 8.5, I was given a tiny little thing to put in my mouth, which is custom made for your mouth, it fits across the pallate in the middle and back of the mouth, they have to get it to 1/10mm of proper fit for it to work, your tongue must not touch it when you speak, and last night, for the first time in ages I did not wake up with a hell of a headache!!!!!!!!!!!!
