I couldnt get the US Surgeon General but I did find out the email address for these people. Maybe if we all start flooding them with emails someone will start listening.

If he cant help maybe he'll forward it to someone who will. It can't hurt to try. even if you just copy what you sent to 48 hours and send it to him. someone is bound to listen.
