Vicky,I am in the same situation as you are. My husbad has had these chs for 10 years which was the first year of a marriage. I get the same looks and my children are awoken the same way. Just recently our MD prescribed H2O and I had them place the tank in the dining room. Thank God. This is the first CH season, where we are hearing him as much. 90% of the time, I wake in the am and find that he had two. If he hadn't had told me I wouldn't even have know. Regarding the helplessness and the blame for the CHs, you need to find someone you can talk to and be able to trust not to tell you to ge the hell out or condemn him as a bad person for his CHS. It's not his fault but we shouldn't be made to feel that it is our fault they get them or that we can't help them. Best of Luck
