My cluster focal point is behind the top my right nostril. When I have a cluster, inhaling room temp air through my nose aggravates it. Exhaling (body temp) air through my nose soothes it a bit. This makes me leary of oxygen therapy for me. Maybe if I inhaled it thru my mouth it'd be okay, but if the mask covered my nose I'd still be apprehensive.
