Might you mean Reiter's Syndrome? It is a form of arthritis and can cuase terrible pain throughout the body. I had a bad bout of it years before I got clusters (but had migraines in the intervening years). I too found it much easier to say what didn't hurt. I couldn't walk, and dreaded sneezing or coughing. If this is what you might have, you definetly want to see a rheumatologist...absolutely. Mine helped me tremendously.

Second comment...I'm not sure about the other reply you got indicating "Ryders Syndrome" might be another name for clusters. I've done lots of cluster research and never came across that term. I have seen references to clusters being called "Horner's Syndrome" (or something similar).
