A small word of advice from a system administrator: five eloquent emails from thoughtful individuals will be noticed. A thousand vindictive letters typed in all caps and poorly spelled will be deleted, in the best case, and in the worst case, the originating domain will be added to the Realtime Blackhole list.
I'm all for flooding the 48hrs mailbox with letters; I could come up with different things to say about every attack that I've had (I keep a detailed journal). Still, on the 'net, image is everything. If we look like rank amateurs, or worse, if we piss someone off, they're just going to redirect that email address to /dev/null, and no one will read anything that we send, ever again.
