My clusters come on the same side as my sinus pain. They start right behind my left eye and move around my left frontal sinus. I have a cyst in my right frontal sinus that causes some odd pressure differentials at times, but oddly enough, that's not the source of my pain. I've had the pain of the cluster increase or decrease as my sinuses decompressed, but there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it.
