I used DHE 2 years ago at the begining of the worst part my now chronic CHs. I tried pre filling a needle at a time, without refridgeration, and found when you laid it down and it sat for about a 1\2 hour it got a lot of air boubles in it, in trying to get the boubles out I would lose alot of the DHE so I stopped doing this. DHE does work well though 15 min & PF.
