I know your enough of a LADY to know that you handled it the best you could.
You didn't humiliate yourself. I think sometimes we put too much pressure on our selves especially when we are in cycle,
and by doing so we cause our selves to bring on the headaches. I have had them in Restaurants, friends homes and at work during a meeting and you know buddy they all got over it.
