serzone is an antidepressant. Side effects are: headache, somnolence, dizziness, asthenia, insomnia, light-headedness, confusion, vasodilation, abnormal dreams, decreased concentration, incoordination, tremor, hypotension, blurred vision, dry mouth, nausea, constipation. I have seen alot of people that have used serzone and most did not have any major side effects.Nancy c
