He told me pretty much what I describe in these posts. I was able to use it the same afternoon. He did say that it works best with young people and those with good circulation.

Also, It is hard to keep up but I found the sweat I put into it preferable to the damned headaches.
I agree that what I describe isn't for everyone and I think you may be right in your approach. I suspect it has the same effect. I just bet that when you run cold water on your hands it draws away blood. I read one guy in the guest book who stood outside on cold concrete. I bet what this does is draw circulation to the feet and ease the pressure in the head. What do you think? I also tried to warm my legs, and lower body. Others who have emailed me that this is helpful, have similar stories.

I will admit that there are times when this just won't seem to work. Still, for me it was all I had for some time and it usually had some benefit. I know I harp on it and I may seem to be a real pita but I don't know how else to help out.

By the way, Dr. Wright was a crusty old geezer and he'd never call this biofeedback. I guess I'm stuck with it. This takes no machines or monitors.

By the way Pappy, I'd never call you a cold hearted Bast**d- - -Maybe a sun-baked optimist, but never that. Don't know what we'd do without your posts. :^)

Stay well,- - -Charlie S
