Your despair is understandable - but I have the impression that not many possibilities have been checked out on you. Before giving in, PLEASE READ the contribution by Dr Novak, some of the pages are in English, and it may well be that you are among those that might fall into the category who can be helped by surgery - anyway tests are done to check out if it can be helped. For ref. to a US doctor in your area , try to contact Dr. S. Hoover, Headache & M. Clinic, Rollston, Texas. (seeing any other docs about this surgery is a waste of the time, as most of them would not know about it)
