e.g. ... if you use AOL for an ISP, you don't know what the hell to put in for the email nameservers, since AOL doesn't tell you what it is!!
so ... go to the setup DJ made for you, cut the TO: name (48hours@CBSnews.com) ... and paste it into your letter in whatever appl you use for email.
