I'm sure we can offer advice to help you. 40 in 3 days is a lot. That's 13 per day. Some of us have come close to that but I don't know if any of us hit that mark. So, I mention that because the first question that comes to mind is how long is his shortest attack and how long is his longest attack? It may be something other than clusters. Can you describe them to the best of your ability as the second-hand person what he goes through?
