I am surprised at the use of midrin, i have been given this before but always for my migraines, i suffer with both migraines and clusters. The oxygen works for many but not for me. I would find out what the nose spray was. Was it imitrex or was it staydol, which is a powerful narcotic. most people get help with imitrex. I really think it would also be important to find out if they are clusters or migraines.
