It doesn't make you weak. It makes you vulnerable for being part of corporate shit. Clusters don't make you weak and the fact they forced your ass out of there reminds me of too many conversations with the wife of someone that laid off shitloads of people for Christmas. It's the corporate world. It's the world that asks over and over again "Why don't we have employee loyalty?" from one side of their mouth while telling you if you want to look professional you have to clean off that piss that they just sprayed all over you. It's not you that's weak, my friend. It's them that don't have the balls to take chances. Whether it's a chance on a new idea or a chance on letting you shine. It ain't you that's weak.
