If you tolerated the Depakote(anti-seizure,Bi-polar and blood pressure control) I don't see why you would be apprehensive about verapamil, it has far less posibility of side affects and if just by chance you have liver or other Hepatic problems that haven't surfaced yet they wont be affected by verapamil, unlike Depakote, also you might get the Doctor to consider Paxil instead of the prozac.
