I used to take it all the time, the last time I took it, I took 2 bottles (each contain 12). Everything started spinning and I felt like I was on a boat and I kept seeing people that werent there. After about 15 minutes of struggling to stay awake I fell asleep and the next day I had an incredible ammount of energy.
