I have had SUCH misery since my health care came
under CIGNA control. I'm getting out as soon as I
can. I am convinced that they employ lobotomy
patients at their 800 numbers; I can NEVER get a
straight answer, always get conflicting reports
as to my coverage, and -- what can I say? CIGNA
sucks; I'm leaving them as soon as I can do so
without financial loss!
