I too have a diagnosis of cluster migraines on some of my medical records. Ironically, the same Dr.s have diagnosed both CM, and chronic clusters. I don't think they (dr) know what it is supposed to mean. In my case I have two very distinct types of headaches, both clusters and migraines. The symptoms are as different as night and day, not sure why there is any confusion, but I too think they just combine the two diagnoses for convenience sake. For anyone else who is in the same boat, I have had incredible results for the migraines with acupuncture. I continue to go regularly, maybe once a month, or six weeks. Interestingly, this treatment has never touched the CH.I am a most reluctant convert to acupuncture, so if you find yourself in the same boat, I advise you to check it out. Tami
