for some reason, Carl's browser won't let him access ch.com anymore. He goes to Elaine's site (http://www.headachesupportgroups.com) quite a bit now though. He posted just last week and he seems to be doing ok.
I believe the hotmail address was the last one I had for him - I don't think that headriot one works anymore.
Sounds like his book is coming along well too.
