non-rebreather has the air bag below the mask.
when i get to the tank i got it up to 15 lpm, after 10 mins when i calm down im at 10 lpm.
what bob says is true, it can abort but not prevent.

btw--dont use the straps, hold it to the face, you dont want to fall asleep with it on.
