I hope you can work better with your MD soon. Maybe you should print out some of the CH and OUCH material for him, Simon has a great description of how to deal with CH at work at UKCH.com as well.
I was already seeing a neurologist when mine hit, and incredibly he understood them. You can read my posts on biofeedback down the board under "Another posting on biofeedback." It was very helpful to me. In any case I wish you the best of luck and it's good you've been reading our rantings here.
