we weren't talking about rights. I made sure to make it clear that that wasn't the issue here because I'm not for taking away that right. So I'm not sure why that's just been brought up here.

If it comes down to the now-famous smiley face then let's all post every racist joke, every racist term and every turn of phrase that is very offensive and meant to hurt a certain group of people that faces injustice everyday and put a smiley at the end of it. Apparently that makes bigotry tolerable.
