I always try oxygen first when an attack comes, and about 80% of the time I get relief within 15 minutes. If it doesn't work, or if I'm somewhere away from my oxygen bottle, I use Imitrex nasal spray. For me, it's never failed to kill off the beast in less than ten minutes.
I do the oxygen first because it costs so much less (about $2.00 per treatment versus $35 for the nasal spray or $50 for an injection).
