without the nausea. I too took Inderal with great success and along with what is called biofeedback here, suffered for three-to four weeks at a time. I've detailed the biofeedback info on the board under "Another Posting on Biofeedback," further down the board (maybe last week's by now but it's in the archives). Read it and give it a try. It's harmless and was very helpful for me.
By the way, you're not alone, as many young people are afflicted with CH. In the guest book you'll find posts from people who began as children.
