Thanks Charlie... the list of posts was getting a bit overwhelming looking at all the electric blue and trying to find responses and more information on threads that I was intent upon.
I will give it a try. I can see how it would work, would just be a matter of pulling it off. Kinda tend to lose my focus when hurting, ya know? I suspect this is why hot water and cold air work though... with the body put into those environmental conditions, the blood is drawn to different areas of the body in order to maintain an ideal temperature... it makes perfect sense.
Things took kind of a weird turn today.. not sure what to make of it.. but I'm hopeful that it is a positive omen rather than a negative one. Touch wood... no CH today.. something else, but no CH. Riding out a few more hours here to see what happens before I try going to bed again.
