I know West Palm is very far from Orlando, but if you get desperate for help, I can suggest Neurology Assoicates-I saw Dr. Hartley this week because I have just started a cluster cycle after a long remission. It was the first time I have been to see him and I was very impressed with his knowledge (on clusters anyway, I really don't know about migraines). He was very thorough and also very understanding.
