I recently just used the fentenal patch (duragesic) for pain control when I had a hysterectomy and developed an infection with it. I was on it for 3 days using it with percacet and ibuproprofin. 3 days by itself. I felt no cluster pain at all while on the patch and that is nice since I am chronic. However, once I went off the patch my head hurt like a sob. Like a 10 + hurt.
