Riccardo, thanks for the additional information on that. I am also on Verap at 240mg per day, but I still have the same thing: dizziness and confusion. The fatigue I just thought was a part of fighting the beast. I'm sorry, but I didn't fully understand your post. Did you mean that the side effects will be there regardless of the dosage? Or did you mean that the side effects are only initially, then as you adjust to the med, it goes away? Thanks for your input :)
