my husband gets ch's ONLY after drinking....he had ch's, didn't drink for 2 yrs, didn't get any ch's. Tried a few drinks (over a couple of weeks - firstly just one glass with dinner on sunday, the next week afew more etc) and got them about a week after stopping, for 3 weeks. Stopped for 6 months, no ch's. Had a few drinks, got them for another 3 weeks...It is (luckily) his only trigger - I suggest you don't even go there! And if you do, drink a few cups of mega strong coffee to attempt to abort them!!!( As posted further up!)
