The exercise question is a tough one because for some of us it brings on a headache and for others, myself included, it helps to allieviate it. When I am relaxing, watching T.V. getting a massage, or sleeping, that is one thing that I know will bring one on. Maybe it's due to a slower respiratory rate, thus causing a slower oxygen rate to the brain. The one thing I do know is that everyone one here is different in certain aspects of treatment, triggers, etc. so you're going to have to determine if exercise triggers your or not and then act accordingly by not playing basketball anymore til you're out of cycle.
