get through it somehow, but I really think I'm done dancing for a while. It's been 7 days since my last attack, and, prior to this episode, I had never gone more than three days without one and still had them. I've been off the prednisone for 9 days and off the propanolol for three now. Today is really the first day that I felt like I was getting back to my old self. Hope it lasts! Those of you who are still hurting are in my thoughts constantly. I have felt so much support here, I offer mine in return.
