I was in shock when the first doc I saw this cycle gave me 2..yeah, that's T W O days off for CH. Remember now: I have been having up to 5 ch's a day! But that twit says, "oh 2 days should be sufficient. I can't justify any more than that." The 2nd doc, being more educated on CH than the 1st, sent the forms in to my insurance co explaining the nature of the beast and how long my cycle would normally last, approx 5-8 weeks. I'm now on week 5. SOOOOOO, Ms. Insurance Rep calls me yesterday, to advise me that I have already passed the "national standard for being out of work". Had to ask: Just what is this standard based on? Her reply: Migraines. "they aren't the same" I told her. "Yes, but they are classified the same". hmmmmmm. Ok, next question: "So what timeframe is this standard?" And her reply.... now remember dear ones, how long your CH's last.... maximum time allowed out of work: T W E L V E D A Y S. With that answer, I laughed.
