I agree. I have chronic CH for +-18 years. I have two jobs : 8 hours at the office, and +- 4 hours as a decorative painter a day. The CH most often comes while working at the office, and never shows up when painting. The painting job forces me to clim up on ladders, going upstairs, downstairs, sanding etc. There's a lot of physical work to do. Office work forces me to sit for 8 hours a day, concentrating on files, telephones and e-mails, no physic here. When I arrive at home at night, after the office and painting, I'm tired. So I go for a seat and watch TV. Only for 30 minutes, because the CH strikes again. I stand up, go to my shop and do something, like preparing an object before painting, cleaning up etc. CH stops in 10 minutes.
The weekends : painting: no CH, because I'm to occupied. There must be a relevance, no?
