verap didnt work, lith didnt work. when i combined them 10 years ago it was heaven and has been since. 80% of the HA's never even appear and i kill the 20% with 02 and indo.
as for drinking, its never been a trigger for me. my doc says if the HA's get worse im to go from 600 to 900 mgs of lith a day. but i dont know if it will help you drink if thats your question.
bobs right, have blood work done every 6 months.
