All.

I have noticed that smoking (tobacco only) seems to help abort a CH if it isn't TOO high on the scale. I put this down to the vasoconstriction effects of nicotine. Has anyone else noticed this or is it just some subjective thing I'm coming up with? I'm trying to quit is the reason I'm asking. *LOL*

All the best.

Testy.
