I've had jaw pain ever since the CHs started 10+ years ago. I even went to the dentist who thought I had TMJ. Like Joe, I'd like to pull a tooth or two during my attacks.
I'm currently using Imitrex injections and pills. The seem to work most of the time. One of the possible side effects is it'll cause freqency of the CHs to increase (not a good thing). I have an appointment with my doctor later this week to talk about DHE injections.
